Karen's Story

For most of my adult life, I have been a professional dog trainer and small business owner. Until I began Isagenix I was also at least 30-50 pounds overweight, a yo-yo dieter, depressed, a secret binge eater.  

My first week on Isagenix I lost six pounds and thirteen inches off of my body. I was hooked. Within four months I had lost fifty pounds. One year later I have kept the weight off. I have replaced overeating with living. I run, meditate, practice yoga and enjoy my community.

I opened my health and wellness center  Changes to help women and men like myself, people who haven't been able to get the weight off, no matter what they've tried, people who might feel shame for their cravings, who hide the bags of junk food they eat in private, who order salads at dinner parties and binge at home.

 I struggled most of my adult life with weight loss and an overall feeling of depression and lethargy.  I tried every diet and quick fix that came my way, and they all left me heavier and more discouraged than ever. I tried the Isagenix system after some prodding from my sister in law, and within five days I felt different.

It was hard to describle the feeling initially and then it hit me. I felt happy for no particular reason. It had been so long since I felt that way even though I had a great life. I felt that I was somehow fatally flawed and selfish for feeling unhappy and not in control of my weight or my eating habits.
